Refund & Booking Policies

🔖 Booking Policy

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website, WhatsApp, or official communication channels.
  • Confirmation of your booking will be sent via WhatsApp or email once payment is received.
  • Seats for workshops, retreats, and one-on-one sessions are limited and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Please provide accurate personal information during registration for proper scheduling and support.

💰 Refund Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, due to the nature of our services, we follow a strict no-refund policy in the following cases:

  • If the participant cancels after booking.
  • No-shows for live workshops, sessions, or retreats.
  • Partial attendance or leaving the course midway.

✅ Refunds Will Only Be Considered If:

  • The event/session is canceled or postponed by Mind Ur Mind Academy.
  • There is a technical failure from our side that prevents access to online content or sessions.

All valid refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

🔁 Rescheduling Policy

  • You may request to reschedule your session or workshop up to 48 hours before the scheduled time (subject to availability).
  • For retreats, rescheduling is not permitted once booked unless exceptional circumstances are approved by our team.

⚠️ Non-Transferable Policy

  • Bookings and payments are non-transferable to another person or a different event.
  • Sharing course access or login credentials is strictly prohibited.
