The experience

Inside the 60-Minute Mind Reset

A gentle, practical session. No complicated techniques. No background needed.

Step 01

Arrive & Relax

The session begins slowly. A short breathing practice to settle the body and quiet the noise of the day.

Step 02

Understand Mental Patterns

A guided look at how the mind creates loops — overthinking, stress responses, distraction — and what lies beneath them.

Step 03

Experience Awareness Practices

Simple, accessible meditation and awareness exercises. Practical techniques you can return to anytime, anywhere.

Step 04

Take Home Small Daily Changes

The session closes with one or two small practices you can bring into ordinary daily life — not more effort, just different attention.

How it works

The Community Structure

Mind Ur Mind is a simple, open community. Here is how people typically move through it — at their own pace.

Continue or Return

There is no pressure to stay active. The community and free sessions remain available. Come back whenever you need.

Your first 30 days

What the first month might look like

There is no fixed schedule. This is simply how many people naturally move through their first few weeks.

Week 1

Attend the Free Session

Join the 60-minute Mind Reset Session. Observe how it feels. No pressure to continue.

Week 2

Practice 5 Minutes Daily

Try one small practice from the session each day. Something simple. Five minutes. No equipment needed.

Week 3

Join the Community Discussion

Share a reflection in the WhatsApp group. Read what others are noticing. You don't need to be active every day.

Week 4

Reflect and Continue

Notice what shifted, if anything. Decide if you'd like to continue. Nothing is required. Everything is available.

A gentle beginning

One session is enough to start.

You don't need to commit to a programme, a schedule, or a community before you know if this is right for you. The free session is the only first step.

Mind Ur Mind is built around consistency over intensity. A few minutes of genuine attention each day — over weeks and months — produces a different quality of experience than occasional immersive events.

No account required. No credit card. Just a name and a way to reach you.

Is this for you?

You may resonate with this if…

Most people come simply because they want a quieter, more intentional relationship with their mind.

Overthinking

Your mind keeps running — through decisions, conversations, what-ifs — and you'd love to find a quieter internal setting.

Feeling Mentally Overloaded

There's too much coming in. Work, family, news, notifications. You want more space inside your own head.

Digital Imbalance

You spend more time on screens than feels good. You know something needs to change but don't know where to start.

Inner Disconnect

Life is functional but something feels absent. You want more calm, more meaning, and more presence in daily life.

About the community

Why Mind Ur Mind Exists

Mind Ur Mind is a community initiative focused on awareness, reflection, meditation and practical inner growth.

Our intention is to create accessible spaces where individuals and families can reconnect with calm, clarity and healthier habits — without complicated philosophy or rigid frameworks.

This is not a programme. It's a community. A quiet, consistent space to slow down, reflect and move through daily life with a little more ease.

Accessible — Open to everyone, regardless of background or experience.

Non-prescriptive — No fixed belief system. No ideology. Just practical awareness.

Family-friendly — Designed for adults and families navigating real, busy lives.

Kapil Dev Sharma

Founder · Facilitator · Mind Ur Mind

"I started noticing something years ago — people around me were increasingly exhausted, not from hard work alone, but from the constant noise inside their own minds. They were busy, capable, and deeply tired of themselves."

That observation stayed with me. I began exploring awareness practices — not as spiritual pursuit, but as a practical way to work with the mind directly. I started facilitating small workshops. What I found again and again was that a single session could open something in people, but without consistency, without community, it would close again by the following week.

That's why Mind Ur Mind exists. Not as a programme or a philosophy, but as a quiet, consistent space — where people can return, week after week, and simply practise being a little more present. Nothing dramatic. Just a steady place to come back to.

What sessions feel like

Sessions are calm, unhurried spaces. People arrive from different backgrounds and different levels of experience. What connects them is a shared curiosity — a desire to understand and work with their own minds more skillfully.

Built together

How We Work

We value clarity, consistency and genuine participation. We don't publish numbers we haven't verified or make promises we can't keep.

Clarity

We say what we offer and what we don't. No exaggerated claims about outcomes. No invented social proof. No pressure tactics.

Consistency

Free sessions run weekly — not when it's convenient, but because consistency is part of the practice itself. The community is ongoing, not event-based.

Participation

This community grows through real participation, not follower counts or marketing metrics. Every person who shows up matters more than any number we could display.

A longer-term intention

As the community grows, we hope to develop a dedicated physical space for collective practice, reflection and retreat. This is not a promise or a fundraising pitch — it is simply the direction we are facing. If and when it becomes possible, it will be built with the community, not for a market.

Common questions

A few things people often ask

Is this free?

Yes. The weekly sessions are free and will remain free. There is no catch. Membership options exist for those who want to go deeper — but they are never required.

Do I need any experience?

Not at all. Sessions are built for people who are just beginning. If you've never meditated before, that's completely fine. Everything is explained as we go.

What if I miss a session?

There's no attendance requirement. Sessions happen weekly — you can join whenever you're available, and return after a break without explanation. This is a community, not a course.

Is this therapy or counselling?

No. Mind Ur Mind is a community space for reflection, awareness and inner practice. It is not a clinical or therapeutic service. If you are working through something that needs professional support, we encourage you to seek it.
